The FASTBACK™ utilizes a more traditional upper left bout instead of a double cutaway.This keeps the guitar from looking too stretched out, and also mirrors the lower right quadrant of the guitar.We were then able to create a deep treble side cutaway for easy access to the higher register. The single cutaway also provides greater neck to body contact, resulting in better attack and sustain. Combine all this with the offset body, which shifts the weight of the guitar away from the neck, and you have an ideal setup.
